@wanjira011: 👉🏿An old C-section scar can cause problems later, such as chronic pain, or abnormal uterine bleeding, due to scar tissue defects or adhesions. C-section scar tissue is strands of collagen that form in the body after the surgery. 🙃Unfortunately, they are rarely discussed and many patients have never heard the term ‘adhesions.’ Because they are part of the body’s natural healing process, there is no way to prevent adhesions from forming. ✨Massage and working on the scar tissue (once it has healed) is highly recommended, but most people do not know that, or even have an idea of where to start. C-section scar tissue can cause problems many years down the road. The good news is that it is never too late to address them. Issues with multiple pregnancies: Each C-section adds a scar, which can increase the risk of placenta problems in future pregnancies. Pain can also be caused by adhesions (scar tissue bands) that stick to internal organs, or from the scar tissue itself irritating nerves. 😟 —-/-/ #menopauseremedies #menopauseadvice #pelvicfloormuscles #pelvicfloorhealth #csectionscar
