@chelsea.winstead: 📉 The Fed just cut rates again — and here’s the tea…. Yes, the Fed lowered its benchmark rate by 0.25%, which sounds like “mortgage rates are dropping!” but it’s not a one-to-one relationship. Mortgage rates don’t move because of the Fed directly — they move because of what investors expect the Fed (and inflation) to do next. That said… we are seeing 30-year rates sliding down into the low-6% range for the first time in over a year. 👀 And that tiny drop is already waking people up. Because here’s what’s coming next — ➡️ The media is about to blast headlines saying “Rates are falling” and “Buyers are back.” ➡️ Which means every pre-approved buyer who’s been on the fence is about to come crawling out of the woodwork. ➡️ Which means competition is going to heat up. So if you’ve been thinking about buying in the next 6 months… Let’s get your numbers run now — so you’re ready to strike while everyone else is still “thinking about it.” 💬 Link on my profile & pick your option: 👉 Option 1: Get started as a homebuyer 👉 Option 2: Run refinance numbers 👉 Option 4: Subscribe for my weekly market updates This next round of buyers is coming in hot… let’s make sure you’re ahead of the wave 🌊 #homebuyer #homebuyer #interestrates #realestate #realtoroftiktok

In our area we have builders buying down rates. First year we got 2.49%, then next year it goes to 3.49%, then maxes out at 4.49%. I just get nervous when people talk about a housing market crash because the house was not cheap 😅
