SLOW WORK!! for the love of, PLEASE do not just run the pattern consistently… my horses are seasoned and don’t see the full pattern unless we are at a race or have a major issue to work out!! Drills are you best friend

Don’t always run the pattern! Go on a nice trail ride! Constantly running ur horse on the pattern can make them hot!

lots of trotting and extended loping. plssss don’t run the pattern at home (running it once, maybe twice at home to get them knowing the speed is alright) but PLSSSS trot the pattern at home. slow work at home plssss
