It’s about rediscovering the discipline and passion he had when he first started martial arts nearly 20 years ago, and showing his young daughter the value of perseverance and positive role models. He’s fighting to raise awareness for Zero2Hero, a charity that focuses on preventative mental health education empowering people with the knowledge and tools to look after themselves and others before crisis hits.
