Honest question po. Most people with mental health issues are not open in asking help din. How do we offer help without being or sounding pushy?

sa pamilya namin pag nadepress ka sasabihin may sapi o kaya "di ka kasi nagpepray e". nagkulong ako for almost 2 months sa kwarto ko, no food, no ligo no anything, tas pinatawag ni mama yung parang pastor namin sa church para lang takutin ako na demonyo na raw ako imbes kamustahin kung anong nangyayari sakin

My pastor told me after counseling to get checked for my mental health struggles. You pray and go to church and go to therapy. :)

Magkaiba yun cancer and mental health struggles, its both a disease… yes prayers and faith helps pero it needs medication and malawak na understanding.

actually even the bible tells “Healthy people do not need a physician, but those who are ill do.". matthew 9:12 Yes depression needs professional help and with the guidance of prayer and reading the bible, we will get the power beyond on our own. 😊
