my partner died on the 25/09/25 he was ready to come home, he was fine, within 8 hours he died of sepsis, they left him with a UTI with no antibiotics, I am utterly devastated, I lost my best friend, the most wonderful man that ever lived. The NHS killed my partner, he went in with a simple urinary infection. I begged the ward to give him antibiotics, after over a week, they finally did, but it was too late. They left him for 12 hours with no catheter so he could pee. Again I begged for this. It's utterly horrendous that most of the staff on the ward were not fully trained nurses. You hit 80 I think they don't care, they want you dead.
