Mix everything well — your creamy chicken filling is ready. Assembling the Sandwich: Take a slice of bread, spread the chicken filling, and place mozzarella cheese slices on top. Cover with another bread slice and repeat if making multiple sandwiches. Heat a pan with a little butter and grill the sandwiches until golden and crispy on both sides.
