@triple9fit: Higher Protein Tomato Soup •Chop -7 Roma Tomatoes -1 Red Bell Pepper -3/4 Onion -1 Garlic Bulb •Put on baking sheet with Basil •Drizzle of olive oil (don’t miss your whole entire garlic bulb like me🙂) •Splash of Balsamic Vinegar •Salt •Pepper •Smoked Paprika •Put in the oven at 400° for 35-40 min •Add to blender (or pot if using immersion blender) with -2 cups chicken bone broth -2 cups cottage cheese •Blend until smooth and add more salt/pepper as needed! Pro tip: if making a grilled cheese to go with it, add some Parmesan cheese either in it or on the bread if you want to add a crispy layer.
