everyone joking but being real start leaving out food for him at the end of the yard and slowly bring it closer and start lingering outside, start trying to pet him once he’s eating and closer to the door, he should eventually remember your scent and hopefully you can grab him up, the fact he’s close to the house means he remembers his home (cats always stay close/ come back home if they get out) so he’s most likely just scared from the last few months, wishing the best 🫶🏼, animal control usually isn’t the best but if you tell them he’s your pet they may be able to help catch him aswell depending which state/city you’re in.

My cat ran away for 4 days.The second day I seen her with a gang of cats and she walked right past me.She came back on the forth day at 3 am pregnant. I got my grandkids but I’m still salty as hell 🤣😂
