I was/am so sure I also have Sjogrens but I have negative ANA, SSA/SSB 🙄 I got rejected but complained so now I have an appt to measure tears and saliva. How did you get diagnosed..? 💖

how were you diagnosed? were your labs positive? asking bc my labs were all negative except positive ana and 3 failed shmirers eye tests, Mayo diagnosed with Sjogren's but docs in my state say "nope"
