Curious why you always work on your kitchen counter? Do you not have an office set up in your home? That does not look very comfortable.

For any kind of bread or pita bread. You could always freeze it. When using just leave out on counter giving it at least 20/30min depending on item. I freeze this pitas.

When you’re toasting at some salami, and in a separate bowl while that’s warming up, toss some shredded lettuce with your favorite Italian dressing not a lot just a little bit and add it to your sandwich when it comes out and it makes the most perfect sandwich. I do this witha French loaf or an Italian loaf.
