Cook your egg to the side of the pan and then stir it in, it won’t go sloppy next time and the rice you used was fine. Looks good! Xx

I always do my rice the night before then leave it in the fridge, then cook the egg first snd when scrambled add in the cooked rice 😊 honestly stops everything being stodgy! Looks delish though 🥰

Yum 😋 looks lovely 🥰 I’m the same, my husband is such a great cook, me 🤔 not so much. So I also prefer the washing up (well not really, but I do it anyway) 😂. I think I’ll have a go at that rice dish though 😘

Try using microwave rice ( don’t microwave it just add it to the pan) & cook the egg separately then add it to the rice 🤍
