Thats the first time anyone has explained it so it makes sense. I do think you should consider a lecture tour of some kind and a book. You have calmed me so much with grief, anxiety and its lead to a real change in my outlook. I had an absolute fear of death and that’s gone now, this is a huge gift thank you.

I had a very emotional dream with both of my grandfathers (who have passed) shortly after my second grandfather passed. To detail it, we were up in the clouds (so it seemed). There were chairs lined up in a single file line as far as the eye could see in both directions. Each chair was occupied by a body. I was shocked to see my grandfather Jim (passed first). I remember confusion, excitement, sadness. He somehow communicated he wanted me to follow. He walked me down the lines of chairs filled with people. The chairs of people behind us become fuzzy. The chairs ahead more clear. I interpreted it almost like a timeline. He walks me down the chairs until we come upon the chair where my second grandfather (Pete) is seated. My emotional floodgates open and I’m overcome with tears and happiness to see him. I’m asking him questions like crazy and telling him I miss him, but I guess now that you mention it, I never really see him verbalize a response to me, but somehow he still validated me. I woke up crying.

Do our pets go to the same afterlife? I had to send my 18 yo cat to cross the rainbow bridge last month & im haunted by how terrified she was in her final hour of life at the vet. The visions of her fear startle me awake in panic attacks nightly & I can’t feel her. I want her to know I was trying to end her suffering but she was so terrified & I feel like I failed her.

When my mother passed, I did have a dream about her. She was lying in the bed and then she sat up with a smile on her face. And I said what are you doing here you are dead. But she never spoke, but I heard my voice say that . It was so strange.

I used to have dreams where I’d see my grandpa (now that you mention it, I think he never really spoke), and when I woke up, I’d feel either happy or sad depending on how my grandpa was in the dream. After a while, good things happened to me if he was happy, and bad ones if he was sad. Could that mean something, or is it just a dream?

This is so interesting. My dad passed years ago and the dream I had of him was so vivid I’ll never forget it. He hugged me, said he was ok but more than it was what I felt. Like it was the holidays, the whole family was there and I felt comfort, pure love and joy in his arms.

It’s so crazy you say that, because I’ve had dreams with past relatives and they seem not to speak either, they do stare a lot. I feel like we’re having a stare contest, I thought that was weird. Makes sense now. 😢

I’ve had a pretty tumultuous family life but our pets have always been so special to me. Out of the blue a few months ago a dog I had and had not thought of for decades and decades briefly visited me in a dream. I tear up about it just writing this. So unexpected, amazing and I love it so much. Her name is Lady. ♥

I dreamt of my husband last week, the 6 month mark of him passing, and now that you mentioned it, he didn’t say a word to me. For me it was the fact he was there for a moment.

I woke up from a surgery that I was given less than a 10% chance of surviving. I held hands with someone and she spoke about why I was still here. I truly believe it was an angel. My mom sitting in the corner watched me hold hands and reply back to nobody.

i think i visited the afterlife last night for the first time but i’m not sure. i’ve never dreamt of a dead loved one but i have hoped to. i’ve been thinking a lot lately about a friend of mine who passed in 2016 and been wondering if he’s okay. last night i dreamt of him but can’t recall him saying anything to me, but i distinctly remember saying to him “is this a visit??” like i was aware i was dreaming which is very unusual for me. i hope it was 💗
