@saxenasooraj: You need to stop rushing a relationship, career, goals, & every milestone, acting like LOVE is something that expires if you don’t grab it in time. I have a sneaky feeling you don’t rush into love because you’re ready. Who ever really is anyway? Your intention is not set and you often rush because you’re scared. You start thinking your timeline is wrong because everyone else’s seems “on track.” You aren’t actually in love, you’re in sync with expectations from your directly society. Your friends and family expect marriage, mortgage, milestones by certain ages. You’re scared you’ll miss your “window.” Scared of being the last one still figuring it out while everyone else posts “finally found my person.” You’re terrified of being alone long enough to hear their own thoughts. Guess that is the scariest thing for most of you this Halloween. That’s why you confuse comfort for chemistry. You want connection so fast, even if it’s shallow. I don’t blame you. You’ll rush because by waiting, that forces you to sit with your loneliness. When you sit with yourself, that can be a very scary type of silence. But teality check, love won’t come into your life faster in a state of panic, you’ll attract it when you stop chasing other people’s clocks. What will be worse than being ALONE is building your whole life around “someone” out of alignment just so you don’t have to be. The world will always tell you to hurry & chase but deep LOVE will always ask you to wait & for you to stop running.
