Don’t use a cmd file, u can use an excel sheet that’s auto moves your cursor, no external files, no scripts, so it’s clean and IT can’t tell.

Was easier method to not let Teams go into AFK: create a blank excel page, select 3 or more text fields and then just place a „heavy“ object on the enter key, it will permanently shuffle thru the empty fields
