Pillbury has a sugar free brownie mix that I swear tastes just as good as a regular box ! It’s saved me .

Veggies and hummus, cheese, and I ate a lot of Trader Joe’s reduced guilt Mac n cheese because it was within carb range. My doctor said always start with protein to help keep your blood sugar low!

Target has microwaveable egg bites. Those on Dave’s killer bread toast with lots of butter.

Sugar free twislers, chocolates, and gummies were my best friends when I had GDM. Sourdough and Dave’s killer bread never spiked me. Eggs for breakfast. Lots of chicken and veggies for dinner were had. Avocado and tons of beans. Snacked on veggies and humus a lot. Hang in there.

I get the zero sugar chocolate chips and make a few chocolate strawberries (obviously the strawberry has sugar but I eat it in moderation) or even the sugar free gummy bears , Dutch bros sugar free golden eagle blended , apples with peanut butter or they have zero sugar cake mix and frosting and it’s honestly fire just a pain to bake and clean the mess lol
