The story of umar ra buried his daughter is likely fabricated. If the story were to be true, why does hafsa, the eldest daughter of umar ra born 5 years before muhammad's prophethood, not buried? It's also not a custom in umar's Quraisy tribe to bury daughter but rather commonly seen practiced by some bedouin tribes. Even if the story were true, it just shows how ppl in jahiliyyah were in darkness untill Muhammad pbuh got his revelation
