My dad worked in animatronics for Universal starting in 1990 (& of course islands of adventure, too) & he just retired last year. He specifically worked in Jurassic Park for years & years…my parents back yard has a bunch of prosthetic velociraptors, & they gave an E.T. & a slimer my dad made too, lol. I used to bring my actual dad in for show & tell growing up & he’d bring in samples for everyone & show them a small raptor or something in class. Coolest job ever
