@healthyfitnessmeals: Blueberry Oatmeal cookies Save my recipe for this Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies 2 cups rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon 2 ripe bananas 1/4 honey or maple syrup (I used maple syrup) 2/3 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1- preheat oven to 350F 2- in a bowl, mix in the oats and cinnamon first. Set aside 2- in another bowl, mash 2 bananas, add peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until well combined 4- pour in the oat mixture. Mix until well combined 5- fold in the blueberries. Mix again. 6- scoop out dough onto a sheet pan. spread evenly. Top with more blueberries if needed 7- bake for 15-17 mins. Allow to cool down completely before serving. Enjoy.
