But thatโs not actual pineapple juice. You need like real pineapple. Eat like the whole thing, so squats at the counter. Girl thatโs what started my labor with my son. It was insanity. And in between squats and pineapple juice I did either stairs or curbs up and down repeatedly for like 10 mins, then back to squats pineapple juice and back and forth for a few hours. And then relaxed, hot bath and about an hour later I was doin squats at the counter and pushing unintentionally lol
