Haha so funny, my in laws family they can in canada 2024 and applied for the asylum and got the PR in 1 and half years. They were visitors and visited multiple entries in canada. So funny

too late I know a person who brought with visitor visa her sister and later her brother and both applied for asylum and got their papers automatically when they apply they brake the law but the immigration system is already broken

Majority of the people who came to Canada with the intention of claiming asylum are doing so at the arrival, the lawyers train them so well, this law is bs and will not hamper the regular réfugiées exploiters. I know some from Bangladesh who brinh everyone in last 2 years from US one by one lol

First of all this is really important because during covid everyone who came here seeking asylum knew our immigration system is flawed. So only 1% probably really are in danger where as the rest came to this country to get free money, and live here.
