@sabrina.prete: Start adding this in your glute or leg day routine and thank me later… HIP THRUSTS 101 •Walk legs out far enough from you where your knees wont go over your ankles •Feet hip width, heels in and toes out •Keep upper body in a crunch position rather than lying back on the bench •Scooping instead of hinging to start, think scoop then hinge then squeeze those glutes at the top •Driving through those heels, pausing at the top and coming down slowly LAST SET… •As many reps as you can with top weight •Keep dropping a plate or whatever weight you have off one at a time until theres none left (until failure) Staple in my glute days🤍 #glutesworkout #workoutsforwomen #gluteworkout #glutegrowth #hipthrust
