hey, congratulations. I own a company that specialises in what you did yourself so to have achieved what you did is amazing. I would say trust and communication are as vital as the work itself and I never advised clients they could borrow against an approved grant application but I will follow up on that so thanks a million for that advise. when you're all done get a new ber report and a valuation done. well done

I've an old house I got electrical work done (so it's safer) not lived in etc.. as I changed the old electric fuse board does that mean I won't be able to get grant, as I've changed it recently?
