Written recipe below!! <3 the lightest, fluffiest, most luscious whipped butter! I made honey butter but you can change the flavor as desired. If you’d like to omit the honey, just follow instructions as is and then add any other flavors you’d like near the last few minutes of mixing. Note that this recipe really is very lenient and if it doesn’t turn out as fluffy as you want it then keep whipping it!! NOTE: in the video I made a double batch of this recipe, so if you want the same size plate full of butter that you see in this video, then be sure to double the measurements below. Ingredients: - 4 sticks salted butter (16oz, room temp) - 2 - 3 TBSP heavy whipping cream - 1/3 cup honey, or to taste - Pinch of salt if desired Instructions 1. Add room temp butter to a large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer. Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or an electric hand mixer, mix on medium speed for a few minutes. Now scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and mix on high speed for about 5 more minutes, or until lightened in color and a little fluffy. Continue to scrape the sides down every few minutes. 2. Now, add the heavy cream and mix for 1-2 minutes on medium high speed. If you’d like you can start with 2 TBSP of cream and add more later on if you want it more fluffy. Add in the honey (or skip if you want to make another flavor), then continue to mix on medium to medium-high speed until desired fluffiness, which may take about 5-10 minutes, or more depending on your mixer and how much you are making. Give it a taste and see if more honey or salt is needed, add as desired and enjoy with warm honey butter rolls! <3 recipe for the rolls is posted a few days ago on my page.
