Over 24 million people lack sufficient food, and in multiple regions famine has already been confirmed. • The war has forced nearly 12 million people to flee their homes — internally displaced and across borders — making Sudan one of the largest displacement crises in the world. • The health system is collapsing: hospitals bombed or looted, no clean water, outbreaks of diseases like cholera spreading in makeshift camps. • For women and girls, the risks are multiplied: loss of basic reproductive care, exposure to sexual violence, the burden of protecting families when everything else fails. 🔊 Why care? Because no one should be invisible in this storm. Women in Sudan are not just victims — they are survivors, activists, mothers, daughters. Their stories matter.
