I use to stalk the people who hurt me cuz I couldn’t understand how they could go on with no remorse or guilt. I was horribly harmed in my past relationship. I stopped bc I was reliving in my trauma and realized I was stopping my blessings. I no longer care what is going on because I know I am protected. I just grew up in a household where it was toxic and relearned new coping skills lol. I feel guilty bc stalking isn’t just a small thing it’s really bad spiritually and for both ppl. I’ve had ppl stalk me and at the end I hated the feeling. I didn’t care if it was an ex, friend, or family member it always felt icky
