I used 4 chicken thighs 1 rin of chopped tomatoes 75g soft cheese 100ml of peri peri sauce ( I used medium ) 1 packets of peri peri seasoning ( I used lemon and herb ) 3 cloves of garlic crushed 1 chicken oxo cube All in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours I then shred all the chicken and kept the lid off for 20 mins Served with Halloumi, sweet chilli jam and a brioche bun #slowcooker #slowcookerrecipe #nandos
