Here’s what I got. 500g of bread flour: 64g protein, 520g of Greek yogurt: 54g protein divided by 8 is about 15g. Then if you add 1/4 cup of mozz per bread that’s an extra 7g. I’m coming up with about 22g of protein each if you make 8 (not 10)
