I'm talking about the annoyance of the SHIPPERS, not the SHIPS. The ship wars and double standards lately have been insane and ruining the fun of it. If it's a queer ship, it's a fetish. If you don't, you are homophobic and said characters look like siblings. You can't ship anyone, because, "can't two characters just be friends?" When you see content exclusive to a character, the comments are only about the ships. I've seen this issue mostly within the Genshin fandom, and frankly, it's both hypocritical and appaling.
