I’m actually fine with the price when the portion matches—which it doesn’t. Then add in the terrible service, filthy stores and the nonsensical drive-through.

My problem with chipotle is the experience in their locations. The employees suck, the tables/floors aren’t cleaned, something is always missing. 70% of the time I go there is no tea, not that it’s empty… there’s not even a dispenser out for it. Which tells me the employees don’t bother making it.

I used to love Chipotle. But the customer service has gotten really bad, and twice the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Didn’t even get an apology when we complained. The dining area is always dirty with obnoxiously loud music. My wife and I stopped going there.
