Old school flipping tortillas ❤❤. She's got it easy not kneading or rolling them out...just flipping. At age 11 mom had taught me how to do it all from scratch...53 years later still doing it. Thanks mom & dad. Yeah dad too...he never made fun of my tortillas when they came in every shape you can imagine. Instead he said don't worry , " I'm not eating them whole or rolling down. Someday with practice they will be round".❤❤❤

Growing up we had this neighbor who would sometimes sell cena outside her home, she would have sopes, flautas, enchiladas, etc. I kid you not, she would reach into the hot oil with her bare fingers to flip the sopes
