I don’t miss those days at all. I had to have a partial hysterectomy and I haven’t had a period in years and I have to remember that my kids do because I’m not used to buying women women products for that time because I don’t do it no more so, but I don’t know if you have severe cramps and pains I do because that was the reason I had to have the partial hysterectomy. I had like this all over my ovaries and if you do, I don’t know if you know the kind of patches and I’m only saying this because they worked for my daughter. The period patch works wonders on her not gonna say that it works wonders on you because I don’t know everybody’s different, but I would try it if you have severe pain or know anybody that has severe pain con patches work for my kids and their20 and 21 so I would try
