Hello so this is actually Feed Lots for The Cattle and Sheep, The Soil turns Red Due to the livestock trampling the Clay and Iron in the Soil, The Map or this region haven't been updated since 2024 and the pens been have been there for awhile, You can see the Pens Fences and the Individual cattle, While I DO think they're is a war going on and Genecide of Civilians, 95% of these images on Google Maps are Feed lots for the Livestock and Water gathering.
