The owner and staff at Pawsome need to be held accountable for this. They need to disclose exactly what they did to the poor baby and release the CCTV. What operating procedures mean that it is ok to ignore a dog that has been crying for an hour and under their care. This is blatant negligence and maybe worse if they had done something abusive against the poor baby and hiding it

Pawsome, release the CCTV footage to Buddy's owners and the police to prove that you were not being negligent. This is so heartbreaking and will only make the entire pet grooming industry a less trusting one for pet owners.

We once had our dog fixed. When we went to get her a few hours later she was laying dead in the cage. The staff didn’t even check on her at the vet clinic. We had to see her lay there lifeless all because they didn’t check on her. We still had to pay for the surgery🙃

Pawsome has a bad reputation I used to send my 3 dogs there and they were locked up in very unhygienic conditions that I had to move them to a different boarding shelter whilst I was relocating from Singapore to Australia

This is why I groom my own dog. Guys js go for a basic dog grooming course and cut ur own dogs fur😭😭its cheaper in the long run rather than having to keep sending ur dogs for grooming, at least u know whats gg on with ur dog (also u can sign up with skillsfuture, no this isnt an ad for skillsfuture)

Are they giving them some kind of calming medicines when grooming . Coz after every session of grooming my Pom like very tired refused to eat and sleeps . Never play . O just wonder do they overdose that pups felt tired all the time
