Keep in mind! Ignore 5-7lb weight fluctuations. These are generalized weight movements and are caused by a LOT of factors. I generally have to remind women of this frequently, because we have more things that impact our weight. But even for men; sodium intake will swell you, causing weight gain, GI build up: weight gain, water intake/no-intake - both can cause gains and losses. Do not be discouraged or over encouraged by these. You're doing so good!
