Bro I live in Elmer’s end and I started primary school in 2017.There was a building starting construction at my first Christmas at school.Im in year 8 now and the building isn’t even half done.

Construction was planned for a road near me for a week, they started 3 weeks later and didn't even start when it was supposed. It started on the day of the deadline 🤣🤣

Every corner there is a construction site. They are defo wasting money way before the tax year end to proof that they used the money for something. Thats my theory.
