I have been so many nurses burn out in two years of certain locations after being a nurse for 13 or more years somewhere else. Even the $ doesn’t keep thier interest anymore bc they don’t have peace of mind.

I feel like I picked the wrong career as a nurse or maybe I’m just in the wrong area. I’m about to make a large pick up because I’m not happy anymore. I would rather work in the area. I want to make less money they make the high dollar amount and be miserable every day.

Respectfully this is super misleading. It’s nothing like a psychiatrist having a baby with a psychologist. You and her are nurse practitioners. You did not complete medical school you got a glorified masters degree. a DNP is 3 years and the curriculum is absurd. It’s an insult to two traditional Doctorate level positions.
