Medical office Employee here; paperwork needs to be updated EVERY Year for Legal reasons amicable to both parties (employees & patients. 🙂

If there was a universal electronic health care record I think we could implement this, since the record would always pull up the latest, you would just need to verify for any changes

We had patients fill out a yearly update form. They still didn’t update us and just signed. We had no idea you were on a new medication or changed addresses.

I got charge more than 500 dlls and the bill stated it was a 45+ minute "consultation"when in reality the weight, the height, the non related questions were to fill out time. My consultantion was probably less than 2 minutes about what i went for. Some Doctor Offices are also depredatory businesses.
