I was thinking they meant random (as in not specifically searched for) vs full odds (any shiny found at base odds regardless of if you were hunting it or not, since there is a lot of people who like to hunt full odds shinies) but there doesn't seem to be any correlation btwn that and the video/comment it was replying to ^^; maybe I've missed something tho lol
