am I really wrong for thinking "is it safe?" is a valid question? there were dangers, rapid withdrawals, you can still OD on what's in your system even if you can't get high. maybe "is it safe" wasn't precisely the right way word her question but regardless that wasn't an appropriate reaction :/

i was unknowingly under the influence of something from my ex læcing me. it was so hard to deal with the mental and physical anguish, not understanding why i was feeling like that. those last 4 months i was dating my ex, i was in a constant state of psychosis. anger, emotional outbursts, tremors and fast talking (basically tweaking), severe depression and anxiety. in the back of my mind i knew what i was doing. but i couldn’t get out, it was like someone else was controlling me while i oversee everything, kinda like my head’s “shadow”. because of my mental state, i couldn’t comprehend the emotional and verbal abuse from my ex. all i remember is gaining consciousness and was in the psych ward. i learned later that i had an od. those details i will not share, but getting clean again was so hard even tho i never intentionally took anything. get help everyone, it’s the best decision you’ll ever make.
