we have to answer the phone anyway, either the store is open or not, as most of the time is the manager calling into the office/store to give us tasks, or to ask if the store is doing well

Only time I answer the phone when we are before we are open or after we are closed is if the caller ID says it is an employees name or a stores #....

I don't answer the phone after we are closed either. and our phone clearly states that when you call outside of opening hours. it takes 31 seconds to even reach the prompt to dial a number to reach the office. so they sat through half a minute of being told the store is closed and what our hours are mon-fri and still try to reach us lol. yes, we work after hours, but we got shit to do to prepare for yalls asses coming in the next day.
