@flourishwithlaurin: My Real Training Routine 💪 What I Actually Do Every Week 👀 You asked what my training and eating look like so here it is 👇 🏋️♀️ I strength train two to three times per week focused on hypertrophy which means muscle building Heavy low volume high intensity and every rep has purpose I don’t train to drain I train to grow 🚶♀️ Cardio four to five times per week light steady and low intensity Walking outside or on an incline keeps my mind clear and my heart strong 🥩 Nutrition is simple and clean Lean proteins complex carbs and healthy fats I don’t count macros I go by feel and portion size When leaning out I follow my coach’s plan and weigh my food 🍫 And yes I enjoy sweets I’m human I give myself grace but I stay accountable Discipline isn’t restriction it’s respect for your goals It’s not about perfection it’s about progress Stay consistent stay intense and build a body that lasts 🔥 #FlourishWithLaurin #FitnessMotivation #MuscleBuilding #HypertrophyTraining #FitLifestyle
