@trevon_dorsey: i’m just being honest I really feel like the Black Lives Matter movement at first was doing something but then towards the end it didn’t do much #fyp #blmmovement
I was confused cause "BLM" only showed up when it was a white cop🤔🤔🤔shouldn't black lives matter no matter who takes the life?? ❤️❤️love your content

That movement didn’t do a damn thing but create more animosity among the people. Honestly, 🤷♀️why there was a Black Lives Matter Movement in the first place? The Civil Rights Act was signed in 1964. That Act was created to give the black community the same rights as the white community. That said, “why” are we still trying to segregate by color? Why do these people feel “black lives” are the only lives that matter? What about “white, asian, and hispanic lives,” they matter too!

I think in the beginning it meant to open eyes and try to make changes in the way black lives lost were not downplayed. I supported it. I think greed and the wrong people kinda took over.

It was not all good or all bad. I am not black but I learned a lot about black history that we weren’t taught in school from it.

I Learned some truth about police brutality and brought about some reform Not Enough My#1 Thing was Shonda Massey Got Justice that was the saddest video I ever watched she should have never lost her life in the 1st place black history & about black inventors and their inventions BLM movement wasn’t all bad or all good It should have been about making more Real difference for black people that money should’ve been used to help black family’s who lived in poverty not put a select few in mansions that money could have put so many black family’s in homes in none violent neighborhoods w access to better schools

I think it hurt more than it helped. I’m not black but it went from a call and cause to a joke because it was violent and the higher ups were just making money. 😣

it moved the pockets of those who founded it. caused more discourse than before. people are way too quick to jump on board. folks need to learn to wait, listen and move with the intent of the Lord

In retrospect several years after, it helped a small pocket of people live in mansions … not black lives in need, unfortunately. I think it started long before with good intentions (I think around Treyvon Martin? Correct me if I’m wrong) but was hijacked in Covid time w/ the unaliving of George Floyd by a small amount of people who wanted that money. It’s a shame, really.
