Vogels is good with nothing. Try a sandwich with fresh thin Vogels, avocado, and BUTTER. Proper butter. You did put butter on ur toast right?

Vitals is the best but, doesn’t always last long. If you’re only having it as toast, put the whole loaf on the fridge, so it lasts longer.

The def try these: peanut butter (the nz brands like fix ans fogg, nut brothers, mother earth, etc) and jam (as in jam, throw away the jello aand go for plum, strawberry or boysenberry), marmite and cheese or cream cheese with salmon and nz honey.
