Today, #DistilleryTO welcomed a magnificent 55-foot silver fir from Drysdale’s Tree Farm (@drysdalestreefarm) in Mono Township — hand-picked as their most beautiful fir of the season. It’s destined to be the tallest real Christmas tree in the GTA and the dazzling centrepiece of The Distillery Winter Village — Toronto’s iconic Christmas market. This year, we’re proud to partner with @habitatgta. After the season, the tree will be transformed into garden mulch — helping Habitat for Humanity GTA support the construction of 60 new homes across the Greater Toronto Area in 2026. As its branches settle, the two-week transformation begins, leading up to our beloved Tree Lighting Ceremony — when the lights switch on and the city’s holiday spirit officially begins!
