You don’t need a full reset, you just need small daily actions that compound over time. These habits are simple, repeatable, and truly change everything when you stay consistent. Here are my 5 non-negotiables: 1. Morning & night skincare. Been disciplined with this since 25 — my skin gets compliments every single day. Best long-term investment ever. 2. High-protein, high-fiber breakfast. Keeps me full, energized, and sets the tone for healthy choices all day. 3. Stop eating by 7pm. I sleep around 10 — giving my body time to recover changes everything. Wake up feeling light and energized. 4. I win tomorrow, today. Big goals first. To-do lists aligned with them. If it doesn’t move me forward, it doesn’t get space. 5. Strength training 3x a week. Consistency beats intensity.
