It can be trained But it's progress is not perceived through weeks , it's something that's made through years Of training. A couple exercises I do Bicep curls but with resistance bands or cables A lot Of lateral raises the same exact setup of resistance bands or cables And for my four arms I grabbed a kettlebell usually 25 or 30 And then laying it on a flat surface and then rotating it with nothing but the forearm And the key to all of these exercises is you're doing it explosively, meaning you are doing it super quickly, there's no holding or trying to get a nice long pull with it. Nope You are making sure you're doing proper technique And with weight that slows you down and makes you need to push through it to do it fast.
