Also (other than kicking someone off) we literally have no control over everything. Flights delayed? Idk. Plane swap? Idk. Weather? (Obviously) idk. Didn’t get the seat you wanted? Idk. No upgrade? Idk. We literally know 3 things. Snacks, drinks, evacuations. Leave us alone. 😂

as a ramp agent who's best friend, aunt and 4 cousins are all FA's i will always have their backs. I've had to step in once or twice (as a passenger) when a man tried to put his hands on a FA. sucks I had to do that 2 different times
