Water was calm in the first one, thus it just poured out without any whirl and in the other two she poured it in from different angles and pulled the plug without the water being calm. That's how you get the different whirl effects.

It’s just a tourist trick. The Coriolis effect is real, but far too weak to affect the direction water spins in a sink. In reality, the shape of the basin and how the water is poured determine the direction, not your latitude.
