Then it comes back again, more aggressively. You could be someone who may not have anyone whom you can confide to. You're in such a position where your inner conflict would not be understood by anyone. People are used to seeing you happy and jovial, they never know what you're going through. You yearn to speak to someone, but whom? What will they think of me? This thought will cross your mind. Shall I do meditation? Perhaps some Yoga? Self-help books? Motivational quotes online? Some lectures in Youtube by inspiring personalities? All done, changes none. Every morning is filled with uncertainty, every day seems to be a long drag and every night feels lonely. I want you to know that you're not alone. Sometimes we may think we have no one to speak to, but we do. Let go of yourself, speak your heart out. Sometimes the only person we may trust or we may have is God. Then so be it. Do not be worried that He will not respond, He will. When there is a genuine cry, He will. Have faith. He will appear to you in many ways, in many form. Even in the form of this message. And stop worrying. There is no need to worry. God is Good. He will take care. You're loved, you're doing good, you'll soon be back to normal. You're not experiencing something unusual, you're simply having the human experience. And in it there will be ups and downs. Sometimes you may need to gasp for breath, but it's important to be strong and hold on. Soon it will dawn. And all will be well, my dear. All will be well.
